FORGEVIEW_PATH	all	Path to the forgeview executable, used when it isn't next to the program or on PATH
FORGE_NUFFT_PLANE_MODE	all	0 turns off single-kz-plane mode in Gnufft (see The NUFFT). Any other value, or unset, leaves it on.
PG_METAL_MIN_SIZE	Metal	Smallest vector, in elements, that forgeCol sends to the GPU. Default 4096, minimum 256.
FORGE_METAL_WORKING_SET_MB	Metal	GPU memory budget in MB for coil batching in pcSenseTimeSeg. Default: the device's recommended working set.
FORGE_CUDA_WORKING_SET_MB	CUDA	GPU memory budget in MB for coil batching in pcSenseTimeSeg. Default: free device memory.
FORGE_CUDA_BATCHED_OPERATORS	CUDA	1 makes TimeSegmentation and pcSenseTimeSeg run their NUFFTs in batches. Off by default, because batching measured slower on the GB10 (DGX Spark). Worth trying on discrete GPUs.

forgeview also reads TERM and TERM_PROGRAM to decide whether the terminal can show inline images.
